I just placed an order; when will it ship?
Please allow 1 to 5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping methods for international orders depend on the distribution center where the product is located.
Average shipping time to the USA: 5–20 business days
Average shipping time to international locations: 10–45 business days
Unforeseen factors (such as natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, logistics carriers may encounter situations that cause delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time; delivery-related issues are the responsibility of the logistics company.

Will I receive a tracking number?
We track every order. You will receive tracking information once the product ships. Since our product development team is dedicated to finding high-quality yet affordable items, different products may ship separately from various distribution centers around the world.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for free! Please submit your cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order for it to take effect. If the item has already shipped, please email support@fanmeny.com. Simply send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL.”

I entered the wrong address!
If you made a spelling error or the address is incorrect due to autofill, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information. Please notify us immediately by emailing support@happylifehha.com. We can correct the address within 24 hours.

The item I received is damaged.
We add extra protective padding to every item before shipping. Despite this, some customers have reported that—due to rough handling by postal services—approximately 1 in every 1,000 items arrives damaged.

If this happens to you, please contact us at support@happylifehha.com and provide:

  • Your order number. – A photo of the damaged product. Once we receive the photo, we will be happy to send you a free replacement.
